End-to-End Export Flow & Ocean Freight Logistics
International commodity trading is a game of logistics discipline. We control every inland transport step from northern warehouse centers directly into standard ocean-freight container liners.
The Standard 7-Step Export Process Flow
Contract Confirmation
Review and signing of trade specifications, payment schedules (Letters of Credit / advanced telegraphic transfers), and final contract validation.
Procurement Sourcing
Allocation of raw commodity supply quotas across northern farmer networks. Consolidation starts at regional warehouse terminals.
QA Processing & Bagging
Mechanical screening, sorting purity steps, dehydration testing, and final double-stitch bagging in robust woven PP or Jute sacks.
Ocean Container Booking
Booking 20FT Dry GP or 40FT HC container holdings directly with reputable shipping liners (MSC, Maersk, CMA CGM) to align with ETD windows.
Lagos Inland Transit
Direct inland trucking from processing warehouses directly to the stuffing terminals in Apapa, Lagos, minimizing humidity exposure during transit.
Stuffing & Customs Clearance
Supervised container loading (stuffing) with moisture barriers, followed by customs processing, inspections, and final port clearance.
Ocean Dispatch
Loading of container cargo onto the vessel, issuance of clean ocean Bills of Lading, and dispatch of the legal trade documentation package.
B2B Trade Incoterms Explained
We offer flexible trade terms under Incoterms 2020 to simplify purchasing for international procurement networks.
Free On Board
We handle sourcing, cleaning, bagging, Lagos customs clearance, and terminal loading. Responsibility transfers to the buyer once container crosses vessel rail at Lagos ports.
Cost & Freight
We handle all FOB stages and arrange ocean transport to your destination seaport. Marine insurance costs and customs clearing at destination are managed directly by the buyer.
Cost, Insurance & Freight
We manage the entire export flow, including ocean transport, and provide marine cargo insurance covering transit damage risks up to your chosen destination terminal.
Nigerian Port Infrastructure & Container Specs
We ship our agricultural commodities out of Nigeria’s primary, high-volume ocean shipping gateways: **Apapa Port, Lagos** and **Tin Can Island Port, Lagos**. These ports support constant container liner calls and fast vessel loading.
20FT Standard Dry
Best suited for heavy agricultural bulk commodities like dried split ginger or bitter kola bags. Fits ~14-19 metric tons.
40FT High Cube
Best suited for high-volume, low-density dried agricultural products like Dried Hibiscus Flowers. Fits ~12-14 metric tons.

Risk Control Protocols
- Moisture Barriers: Container holds are layered with thermal barrier sheets to block moisture condensation.
- Tamper Locks: Container closures are locked with high-security bolt seals upon loading completion.
- Audit Inspections: Joint sampling with SGS to verify grade parameters at port of loading.
