Executive Summary & Origin Story
Arctic Tern Global Synergy Limited is a registered Nigerian-based agricultural export company strategically built to connect international buyers with Africa’s most vital raw commodities. Through direct sourcing networks, standardized processing terminals, and disciplined logistics coordination, we serve as a trusted primary supply partner.
Solving the Trust and Supply Discrepancy
Arctic Tern was established in 2018 to solve a persistent discrepancy in the West African commodity export industry: the massive gap between raw field-level potential and the rigorous quality standards expected by overseas buyers. Historically, global importers struggled with unpredictable moisture content, debris contamination, sudden pricing shifts, and documentation errors that caused severe import delays.
We built Arctic Tern on a foundation of operational transparency and execution discipline. By positioning our quality managers directly at northern harvesting belts and coordinating logistics from our dedicated terminal in Lagos, we eliminate intermediaries, stabilize the supply chain, and guarantee that what is contracted is precisely what is loaded into the ocean container.

Corporate Stability
Registered in full compliance with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC RC: 1486303) and licensed by the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC Exporter No: 0004448).
Our Sourcing to Shipping Pipeline
Field Aggregation
We buy directly from farmer networks across northern agricultural belts (Kano, Kaduna, Jigawa). Sourcing straight from primary producers gives us direct control over harvest freshness, moisture content, and crop sizing before consolidation.
Mechanical Cleaning
Consolidated crops are shipped to our regional packing centers where they undergo mechanical sifting, sorting, and manual hand-picking. We clean stalks, sand, and dust to achieve maximum B2B purity specifications.
Stuffing & Shipping
Cargo is packed in durable woven PP bags, loaded into clean ocean container liners, and sealed under strict QA supervision. We handle customs clearance at Lagos terminals and arrange freight via top ocean shipping lines.
How Our Export Business Is Structured
Procurement Desk
Manages raw commodity aggregation, maintaining direct, fair-trade buying relationships with farming unions across the country.
Quality Control (QA)
Operates out of regional processing warehouses, supervising dehydration tests, sifting steps, and sorting purity thresholds.
Logistics & Shipping
Handles inland transport coordination, shipping bookings, customs clearing steps, and Apapa loading coordination.
Compliance & Accounts
Compiles phytosanitary clearances, NEPC approvals, bank L/C compliance documents, and commercial trade agreements.
