2. Payment Terms: Standard payment terms involve an irrevocable, confirmed Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight or a pre-agreed Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) schedule.

3. Quality and Inspection:Quality and weight are final at the port of loading as certified by a recognized independent inspection agency (e.g., SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Cotecna) at the buyer's expense, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Force Majeure:Arctic Tern Global Synergy Ltd. shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms to the extent said failures or delays are proximately caused by causes beyond that party's reasonable control and occurring without its fault or negligence.
